Live Sessions
Manage Live Sessions
There are two different places where you directly operate on live sessions, the Live Sessions Activity Page and the Live Session View Page. Each of those pages cover different goals in your learning admin workflow.

In the Activity Section, under Live Sessions tab, your activities are listed in a table like format giving you a high level overview of what is going on. Here you will find a list with all your previously created sessions. You can search for specific events using the Filter Bar and perform various actions from the row or table menu.

Live sessions can be deleted from the Live Sessions Activity Page or from the Live Session View Page. Just look for the delete icon button and confirm your action.
Keep in mind that in some cases it is better to cancel a session if you are further in the sessions lifecycle. To do this just update the session status to Canceled
Live Session View Page
The main place where you will interact with your event is the Live Session View Page. In here information is structured into different cards, each with a different session resource in mind.
Detailed information for each section are provided in the following documentation pages on trainers, location, learners, surveys and costs.
Change the status of a session
- Go to the Live Session View Page
- Click on the Session Status Dropdown under the session name
- Select the new status that you want to use
Clone a Live session
There are scenarios where you might want to create another session, with the same course, for a group of learners that were not able to attend. To simplify this case we have added the Clone action. With this you can create another live session using the current one as a template.
- Go to the Live Session View Page
- Click on the Clone action button from the top right corner of the page
- A new modal form will appear where you need to specify the name, start date, and learners that will be included in the new session.
- After you submit the form your new session will become available.
